The strongest technical aspect of my work is the movement of the letters. The L acts a little weird but the rest of the letters work perfectly. I am also very proud of the end of the animation, where all the letters do a little wave movement. The weakest tecnical aspect of my work is the letter L, I should have just made it slide over instead of spin. The easy part of the art activity was giving the name a bright color scheme, the difficult part was animating, and keeping track of all the letters. If I could do this art activity again the only thing I would change is how the letter L moves. The objective of the art activity was to create a three dimensional name, and animate it. I demonstrated the objective by giving each letter in my name a unique animation.

The strongest technical aspect of my work is the sequence where the small domino hits a larger domino, then hits another domino, etc. I am also really proud of how well the animation works. The weakest aspect of my work is the color scheme, everything looks a little dull, I could have made the background and dominos a lot brighter. The easy part of this art activity was creating the shapes, the hard part was making those shapes move. If I could do this art activity again, I would definitely give everything brighter colors. The objective of this art activity was to create an animation with about ten parts or sequences.

I demonstrated the objective by having a ball roll down a ramp, hit a set of dominos that hit a set of other dominos, then each set of dominos branch of to hit two other balls that roll down ramps one goes in a bucket, and another hits dominos that hit a fourth ball that then goes in the bucket as well.

Abstract Project

      I believe that the strongest technical aspect of my work is the hand, because it looks more impressive than the fire, the fire looks visually appealing but i'm happier with how the hand turned out. The weakest aspect of my work is the fire, because it looks strange and it took the least amount of time to make. The easy part of the art activity was coloring the hand, the difficult part was making the hand. If I could do this art activity again I would add some sort of background, or another spotlight. The objective of this art activity was to create a three dimensional abstract sculpture, and explain what it represents.

The hand in this abstract sculpture represents mankind, and the fire represents the creation of fire in general, basically this sculpture represents how humans created fire.

Logo Project

          I believe that the strongest technical aspect of my work is the three dimensional look of the logo. The weakest aspect of my work is the light in the background, I could have made it brighter. The easy part of this art activity was making the background circle, all I had to do was make an orange circle. The difficult part of the art activity was creating the dragon shape, it took way longer than I expected. The objective of this art activity was to recreate a logo and make it three dimensional. I created the mortal combat logo. I made it three dimensional by using a shiny texture for the dragon, and moving the light so that it has a little bit of a shadow. If I could do this art activity again I would make the background light brighter.

Snowman

      The strongest technical aspect of my work is the textures, I was able to find a good snow like texture for the snowman, and I was able to find the perfect shape of orange for the carrot nose. The aspect of the project I could improve on is the hat I think it looks very dull. The easy part of the activity was coloring the coal eyes, the difficult part was making good stick arms. I demonstrated the objective, by creating a snowman and putting the snowman in front of a winter background. If I could do this project again I would give the snowman more accessories.

Assignment 10: Postage stamp triptych

I believe that the strongest technical aspect of my work was the first stamp, that involved repetition. I used the dodge, and burn tool to lighten, and darken different pictures of the superhero: the Green Arrow. I think that I could have improved on the typography stamp, and typed more.

The easiest part of the art Activity was the minimalism stamp, where I had to use only one picture. The most difficult part of the art activity was  finding good pictures of the Green Arrow to put on the stamps.

The objective of this art activity was to create a series of three multi-layered postage stamps that are visually connected by color and theme. I demonstrated the objective by using the color green, and pictures of the superhero the Green Arrow as my theme. I made a typography, repetition, and minimalism stamp. If I did this again, the only thing I would change would be the typography stamp.
